room service massage oil stench
The location is great. It is close to many shopping malls and public transport options.
my room was only serviced once during my 3-day stay. upon check-in, the room was not clean, i expected much more. the towels even had a stench of massage oil.

Fantastic CBD Stay!
great bar menu comfortable bed double vanity
I loved the location right in the middle of the Central Business District. The upstairs bar has a great bar menu. The bar menu even features an even better menu of Spritzes with Tasmanian Gin. The bathroom had a double vanity and Kevin Murphy hair and body products, just like my own salon!
I noticed some noise from other guests. The doors sometimes made noise. But, the room was quiet at night.

The hotel features a cafe and restaurant downstairs. This made getting snacks and coffees very easy. Breakfast was also a treat and very convenient to get to, saving me a lot of time. I enjoyed it!

The room had a comfortable bed. There was also a huge window. I enjoyed the two comfortable high-backed chairs. The bathroom was perfectly outfitted. It was very nice!

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
easy access short walk large room funky decor
the location is fantastic with easy access to trams and trains. pitt street mall and the tower are nearby. darling harbor and king street wharf are within a short walk. i found the room quite large for a city location and funky decor added to the appeal.
The bathtub needed a clean. there were limited options for room service after hours. the tv did not work properly. It seemed old with limited channels and no available apps.

the hotel sits close to the qvb building. access to the rail stop is convenient, about one block away. many restaurants and shopping options are close. this makes the location very convenient for exploring.

Excellent Location and Service
bluetooth speaker excellent dinner
Every staff member was really good. The room included a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, a great touch. I enjoyed Parlour for breakfast one morning. It was very good. I also ate dinner at Gowings one evening. The experience was excellent.
The shower did not function properly. When water pressure increased, it sprayed directly toward the ceiling. I would not expect this with the cost of the room per night.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and prompt accommodating staff. There is also a bar located on the ground floor.

Breakfast at Parlour offered good coffee and a relaxing atmosphere to work. Gowings Bar provided a nice spot to work over a drink. The waitress was very attentive, ensuring I had food and drinks.

i found the valet service efficient and the rooms both comfortable and clean. the room service food tasted fresh and delicious. the presentation of the food was amazing!!! the staff displayed wonderful attentiveness and kindness. i felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
i noticed a little wear and tear on some furniture, though it did not significantly detract from my overall visit.

funky and quirky stay
quirky features delicious menu comfortable bed movie selection
I found the quirky features fun. The designer put in great effort. duty managers addressed issues that were within their control. i appreciated the room upgrade. the nourish bowl from the delicious room service menu was very fresh. the bed was comfortable and included a light switch near the bed. i was able to select from a good range of movies.
I would have liked a minibar price list. I also wanted some cutlery.

worn robes small flight of stairs
the location is convenient with a tram stop nearby.
The robes looked quite worn with lint balls on them. the lifts to the ground floor required navigating a small flight of stairs with bags. This was not ideal. i also felt reception didn't provide much information at check-in.
